EULA - End User License Agreement

By installing Personal Chess Trainer, you agree to abide by the terms of this end user agreement.

If you do not agree with the terms of this end user agreement, you must not install or use this software.

1. Grant of License
Each License Code, granted by Sersoft Informática, is valid to be used in only 2 computers simultaneously.

Sersoft Informática Ltda. grants to you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on your computer. You may install and use a copy of the Personal Chess Trainer, as authorized in this agreement, in a specific number of computers in accordance with the number of licenses you purchased. This Software is a property of Sersoft Informatica Ltda. and it is protected by Brazilian and international intellectual property laws.

2. Restrictions
You do not rent, lease, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, dissemble or decompile this Software, neither do you remove any copyright notices or proprietary legends that are contained or embedded in the Software.

3. Limited Warranty
The Software is provided by Sersoft and its distributors "as is", with all its defects and without express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, absence of virus, neglect or absence of professional effort, and all such other warranties are expressly disclaimed. You totally take the risk arising out of or connected with the use and the performance of this Software.

4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Sersoft and its distributors be liable to you or any other party for any lost profits, lost savings, business interruption or other indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or improper use of the software (including, but without limitation, personal damage, loss of commercial information or data, loss of privacy in consequence of pursuance fault of any obligation, loss through neglect and pecuniary loss) even if Sersoft has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Distribution
The registered version of the Personal Chess Trainer Software is not to be distributed without previous express authorization written by Sersoft Informatica Ltda.
You may copy and distribute the demonstration version of the Software without any modifications.
